VENDOME Bordeaux Reserve
ORIGIN:
Appellation: Bordeaux AOC
Soil: sandy and gravel soils.
Grape Varieties: 60% Merlots, 30% Cabernet Franc and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon
WINE-MAKING:
Vinified traditionally, these wines have their own vats and benefit from an automated receiving system for the grapes. Fermentation is temperature controlled and maceration is quite long. The wines are aged according to traditional methods racked regularly before being bottled in rigorously aseptic conditions
TASTING NOTES:
A wine of deep ruby colour with a fresh and expressive nose full of red berry aromas, slightly toasted. Entering the mouth, it shows a generous tenderness. With its likeable silky tannins, coming up with plenty of red fruit aromas.
SERVING:
To be served between 16℃ and 18℃, with red meat, poultry or cheese.
