ORIGIN：
Appellation: Chateauneuf-du-pape AOC
Soil: clay, covered by pebble blanket.
Grape Varieties: Grenache Noir.
WINE-MAKING：
Grapes are harvested by hand and double-sorted at the vine, as with the older vines. Full destemming and 15 days' traditional fermentation in controlled-temperature stainless steel tanks. Pressing in a pneumatic press, then systematic malolactic fermentation
AGEING：
In concrete tanks for the first 9 months; then in huge oak cask for a period of 6 months. Bottled after slight filtration at 15 months.
TASTING NOTES：
Ripe, with nice kirsch and raspberry fruit backed by darker hints of applewood-smoked bacon, plum sauce and dark licorice. Juicy and long on the finish. Very soft and smooth!
SERVING：
Serve at 17℃.
