A representative of Helekang.com may contact you by telephone to resolve any questions we might have about your order. Your personal details (e.g user name, password) allow us to verify that you are a registered customer and prevent anyone else who may have access to your computer from ordering in your name without your express permission. You should protect this password as carefully as you would with your other personal banking information.
Security
We take all reasonable steps to store your personal information securely. We want you to feel comfortable when dealing with us via the Internet and email communication. We understand that many customers are fearful about inputting personal information in this manner. We use a process called MD5 technology. We use industry standard encryption, and make critical information extremely difficult for this information to be intercepted. Credit or Debit Card details are not permanently stored on our website. We use 1024 bit encryption for temporary storage. The card number is stored until the order process has been finalized, after which time it is deleted from our system. Consequently, your credit or debit card number must be entered by you for each new order.
