1. Are all your organic products really organic?
Yes. All of the organic products we offer are certified organic. Organic products are grown without the use of synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, hormones or antibiotics. Certified organic foods are also not irradiated and do not contain generically modified organisms. We carefully select the products from certified organic farms with reputations and carefully inspect the produce regularly. We also select top quality organic product from the U.S., Australia and Europe where they pass the strictest standard of organic certification. We would not send you the kind of product that we would not want to take ourselves. We also offer selected all natural environmental friendly products such as personal care and house hold items. It is our belief to provide the highest quality organic food and natural products to our customers.
2. What organic products do you offer?
We offer thousands of high quality organic and all natural products from vegetables to fruits, eggs, meat, milk, coffee and tea, cooking oil, snacks, baby and maternal products, household products, cereals, nuts, dietary supplement, honey, wine, NFC juices, organic drinking water, even including all natural and organic beauty care products and many more. If you have speical requirements, feel free to contact us. We will try our best to provide finest organic foods in favorable price to you. However, Organic produce is seasonal, and some of produces are subject to change as seasons of the year.
We usually deliver the vegetables within 24 hours of their harvest after we recieve the order to ensure the freshness. Please order the product 48 hours before the delivery time so it will allow us to inform the organic farm to harvest from the field. For all the other products which have past two-thirds or more of their guarantee periods, clearance labels will be put on and these products offered to customers with even lower discount rates.
Our pricing is very competitive and much lower comparing with the supermarkets because we omit middleman and directly deal with organic farms therefore we are able to pass the savings to our customers. To bring more convience to our customers, we now provide within one-day delivery service for free to all over 100RMB orders placed before 12 noon within inner circle of Puxi part of Shanghai.
To ensure the freshness and quality of your vegetables and fruits, we will deliver your order within 24 to 36 hours after you have placed it. For example, Monday placed order deliver on Wednesday and Thursday placed order deliver on Satruday.

7. Is the delivery free of charge?

8. What forms of payment methods do you support?
We accept online payment through all local online banks, international credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express and Discover), Paypal, cash on delivery (COD) or POS machine supported credit cards(Smart Card), prepay and deduct from acount service, bank transfer and many other payment methods.

10. What is the deadline for ordering and customizing my package?
We ask that you place your order two days before delivery date if there are fresh vegetables and fruits in your oder. Otherwise, please place your order one day before.(Products with pre-order labels excluded.)
11. What if an item I order is out of stock?
As we all know, some of the organic produce is 'seasonal'. If any item is out of stock or season, we will replace it with other organic item.
12. What if I am not happy with an order?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you receive product that does not meet your standard of excellence, we will replace it free of charge in your next delivery. We appreciate your business. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!
