Delivery Policy1. Delivery Time
We deliver daily within Shanghai. We also deliver to the rest areas of China using third party shipping (please avoid perishable products). Payment including shipping fee must be received before shipping.

2. Delivery Lead Time
For fresh products including organic vegetables, we want to ensure the most fresh products possible. Therefore, we only harvest the products after orders are placed, and orders will be delivered the next day.
We deliver from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. everyday. 20RMB extra delivery fee will be charged for delivery after 6 p.m..

3. Frozen Products
15RMB Extra Fee will be charged for deliver frozen products to address out of Shanghai Middle Ring Road.

Delivery Fee

The delivery fee is waived for each order of over the minimum consumption which shows as follow:

Express Delivery

For customers live out of Shanghai, we have a cheaper express delivery service. Orders meeting the following requests could use this service.

1. Fresh vegetables, fruits, bread and frozen products excluded;

2. Pay before delivery(online payment supported);

3. Our staff will choose the most reliable third party express service and call you to confirm the order detail (delivery fee, total amount, etc.) before delivery.

Self-collection

We now provide self-collection service to Shanghai local customers. For order with self-collection request, we will inform you of the necessary information (address & time for self-collection) by valid phone number or e-mail address you left us.
