Membership Guide
Helekang Membership includes common members and VIP members.
All registered users are common members before they are promoted to VIP members.
VIP memberships are classified into Gold Member, Platinum Member & Diamond Member according to the qualification as follows:

(1) Gold Member
Qualification:
Total Amount of Consumption from 3,000RMB to 5,000RMB within former 6 months
Special Treatment:
Priority Delivery Service
Priority Hotline Customer Service
Birthday Reminder & Surprise Gift
Discount on member-only activities
Reward Points Gained:
1.5 times of the reward points gained with each purchase.

(2) Platinum Member
Qualification:
Total Amount of Consumption from 5,000RMB to 10,000RMB within former 6 months
Special Treatment:
Platinum Member discount for specific products
Platinum Member special benefits for deposit
Priority Delivery Service
Priority Hotline Customer Service
Birthday Reminder & Surprise Gift
Discount on member-only activities
Reward Points Gained:
2 times of the reward points gained with each purchase.

(3) Diamond Member
Qualification:
Total Amount of Consumption over 10,000RMB within former 6 months
Special Treatment:
Diamond Member discount for specific products
Diamond Member special benefits for deposit
Priority Delivery Service with specific delivery time from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
Priority Hotline Customer Service with senior service staff

Reward Points Gained:
3 times of the reward points gained with each purchase.


Notice:
1. All Membership qualification lasts for 6 months, during which the membership level could be upgraded based on a monthly verification at the beginning of every month.
2. Total Amount of Consumption mentioned above includes account balance and purchase of product coupons (e.g. Moon Cake Coupons). Deposit, purchase of Helekang Gift Card and cash vouchers are excluded.
3. Group purchase users are excluded from VIP service. The discount and bonus for group purchase users will be handled by group purchase manager.
4. All users qualified into VIP Membership will be automatically upgraded on March 5, 2010 and informed by telephone or email. Reward points gained before March 1, 2010 will be preserved while points gained after March 5, 2010 will have validity for 180 days.
5. All VIP Membership symbols could be found every time you log in.
