During National Day Holidays, Helekang website service hour has been adjusted as follows:
Call Center:
1. On Oct.1, hotline service will be temporarily closed, customers could still place order or browse through website as usual.
2. From Oct.2 to Oct. 8, hotline service hour will be adjust to from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
3. From Oct.9, all hotline service back to normal. Service hour from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Home Delivery:
1. On Oct.1, Oct.2, Oct.3 & Oct. 6, home delivery service will be temporarily closed. Please adjust your order delivery time.
2. On Oct. 4 & Oct.5, we do home delivery service as usual. Oct. 4 will be the first day available for delivery during the National Day Holidays.
3. From Oct. 7, all home delivery service back to normal. Delivery time from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
