Organic Strawberry Picking Trip!

Helekang.com is organizing a trip for its members to go organic strawberry picking on Mar. 27. Consumer reports say that store bought strawberries have so many pesticide and fungicide residues on them, that they don't recommend you eat them! But for organic strawberries, they are free from pesticide, fungicide, and chemical fertilizer, therefore safe to eat, and extremely flavoring and delicious!
Details of the Event:
Date: Mar 27, 2010 (may delay to next weekend if weather condition is not optimal.)
Time: 8:30am - 12:30pm
Place: QingPu Organic Strawberry Farm
Cost: 80RMB/Adult, 50RMB/Child (12 year and under).
Please note: the fee includes round trip bus transportation, entrance fee, unlimited eating of the self-picked organic strawberry at the farm, drinking water and snacks. If you would like to take the strawberry home, purchase at the site is available.
Limited to the first 30 people. Helekang.com VIP members have the priority. Priority is also taken with confirmed payment. Otherwise, first come first serve.
Itinerary Details:
8:30a.m.: Gathering at the People's Square Bus Stop and boarding the bus;
10:00a.m.: Arriving at the QingPu Organic Strawberry Farm;
10:00a.m. - 11:00a.m.: Farm tour, strawberry picking, unlimited eating of self picked organic strawberries;
11:00 a.m.: Bus will leave the farm to return;
12:30 p.m.: Bus will arrive People's Square and event ends.
Other Tips:
1. The trip bus will leave People's Square at 8:30a.m. sharp. Please arrive 15~30 minutes earlier to ensure your seats. Being late without informing of our staff before will be considered as giving up your reservation. Therefore the fee you have paid will not be redeemed in any form.
2. It is rather hot and humid in the strawberry farm green house therefore we highly recommend wearing comfortable and air-permeable clothes at the farm.
3. Please wear comfortable shoes that you do not mind getting dirty. Sneakers are recommended. Please avoid slippers. All natural insect repellent is helpful. We will prepare bandage just in case.
4. Children must be accompanied by adults.
5. If you would like to drive your own car, please feel free to call us to arrange.
6. For all people participating the event, by signing up, you agree that you take your own responsibilities and risks and waive Helekang.com and its company any liability.
