Suggestions for Use
Ideal with Fusilli, spiral shaped to better collect sauces and enhance Mediterranean fragrances, Barilla Olive sauce is ready to serve directly on strained pasta; however, in order to enhance the olive's flavour, we suggest you warm it up for a few minutes on a low flame, or in the microwave oven.
If you wish to add an appetizing extra, Barilla suggests two tablespoons of cappers after removing the salt, squeezing out their juice and then chopping them up finely. For an even more appetizing first course dish, we suggest you add a minced anchovy.
