Description
Peppercorns are harvested when unripe and dried in the sun. Thanks to fermentation processes, the peppercorns get their characteristic black colour. Please take note of the different flavours of different peppers: Black pepper is hotter than white pepper. Green peppercorns are hardly hot at all, but have a strong flavour. Use pepper to flavour and enhance soups, sauces, salads as well as all kinds of meat and fish dishes.
