Description
Pullet eggs laid by young hens within the 4-6 weeks of their first egg production. Those hens are raised completely free range with no use of antibiotics or growth hormone. The first eggs they lay are always small and some say the best that they lay. Noticeably smaller than normal Jumbo eggs but delicious.
